You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose security or legal risk.

4. Beta Services (Important)

4.1 Beta Nature

You acknowledge that Beta Services:

• Are provided for testing and feedback purposes
• May contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• May change or be discontinued at any time

4.2 No Guarantee

Beta Services are provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance.

4.3 Data & Continuity

We do not guarantee that data created during Beta will be retained, migrated, or available in future versions.

4.4 Feedback

By using Beta Services, you agree that we may use your feedback without compensation (see Section 10).

5. The Services

JustScore provides a performance tracking and insights platform, including:

• Team and member setup
• Performance scoring and feedback
• Visual trends and summaries
• AI-assisted insights and reports

JustScore does not provide HR, legal, medical, or employment advice. All outputs are informational only.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”).

6.2 Licence to JustScore

You grant JustScore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Host, store, process, and display your content
• Operate, improve, and provide the Services

You confirm you have the right to submit such content.

7. AI-Generated Content

JustScore uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and summaries.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Outputs must be reviewed before use
• AI-generated content is not professional advice

You remain solely responsible for decisions made using AI outputs.

8. Subscriptions, Trials & Payments

8.1 Plans

JustScore offers free plans, paid subscriptions, and free trials where applicable.

Plan details are displayed in-app or on our website.

8.2 Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

8.3 In-App Purchases

In the future, subscriptions or features may be purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play. Such purchases are subject to the platform’s payment terms.

9. App Store & Google Play Terms

If you download the JustScore app from Apple App Store or Google Play:

• These Terms are between you and JustScore, not Apple or Google
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the Services
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms (iOS only)
• Upon acceptance, Apple may enforce these Terms against you

10. Feedback & Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide:

• May be used by JustScore without restriction
• Require no compensation or attribution
• May be incorporated into the Services

11. Promotions, Contests & Sweepstakes

We may offer promotions or contests from time to time.

These may be governed by separate terms, which will be disclosed at the time of participation.

12. Intellectual Property

All JustScore materials, including logos and trademarks, visual design and branding, software and code, and content created by JustScore, are the exclusive property of JustScore Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services
• Circumvent security measures
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• Use the Services in violation of employment or privacy laws

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your use poses legal, security, or operational risk
• Required by law or regulation

You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

Nothing limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify JustScore against claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
